Within Australia, we offer $10 standard shipping (2-6 business days) and $15 express shipping (2-4 business days). Customers within Australia receive free standard shipping on orders over $90. Please allow 1-3 business days for handling and dispatching.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Within 14 days of receiving the order, customers within Australia are permitted to return their order for change of mind. We offer refunds to the original payment method. Products must be unused and unopened, with packaging in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return postage. Please begin your return by emailing hello@beamtheory.com.au within the 14 day window.

We do not accept change of mind returns from international customers.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In accordance with Australian law, customers are permitted to receive a full refund for any order which is incorrect, damaged or faulty. Beam Theory will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please email hello@beamtheory.com.au to begin your return. We promise to make it right.
